Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your wig, you have the option to choose either an adjustment or a refund within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at contact@totallook-hairco.com. Please note that you can choose only one option. Refunds are only available if you’ve reached out to our team within 7 days of receiving your wig in the mail. Our wigs come with tags affixed to them. All wigs must have their tags intact and remain in the same condition as they were delivered in (unused and unwashed) to be eligible for a refund.

Adjustments Policy

Are you having trouble with your wig? We offer free, unlimited adjustments! Whether it's a fit issue, lace tint, or styling concerns, we've got you covered. Contact our support team at contact@totallook-hairco.com within 30 days of receiving your wig so we can look into it further, and we’ll set up the adjustment process from there.

Shipping Policy

We offer both domestic and international shipping options with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times average 7-14 business days after processing. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
